Located close to museums, Central Park, and in the heart of the business centre, this hotel is in a prime area. Spacious, clean rooms with hot water running 24/7 and comfortable beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The friendly staff is always on hand to provide great service, and the breakfast is simply amazing. The lounge is a lovely place to relax, with free coffee and tea always on offer.

The gym could be improved.

Great location for Mt. Sinai and Central Park activities. Rooftop lounge is a relaxing and enjoyable place. Mezzanine is perfect for working, meeting, and enjoying complimentary coffee or tea. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Upscale hotel, fairly clean, fine staff, location close to Subway station was unbeatable. I appreciated the traditional-style building and my delightful room with a view. The breakfast offered lots of decent meals.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere of this hotel. The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were of good quality. The location was perfect for easy access to local restaurants and museums. we would recommend this hotel.

It is unique hotel, I loved its cheap rooms and welcoming staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee and closet space. Excellent and marvellous location close enough to Israeli museums.

Liked this accommodating hotel, easy to find, with wonderful staff at the service provided by the front desk staff. The rooms were adequate and relaxing with spa-like bathroom.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the art galleries and enjoying the neighborhood coffee shops. We loved being able to easily access these attractions during our city break.

One thing we would have appreciated is complimentary water bottles daily. It would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water waiting for us each day.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in an upscale quiet neighborhood on the Upper East Side. The location was perfect, right on Madison Ave next to the famous Sarabeth's restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were great, including a continental breakfast with delicious coffees. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with the best mattresses for a restful sleep. Additionally, the breakfast area had an espresso machine, which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was just fine, no complaints.

location close to Central Park, Essential Shop next door has an extraordinary, delicious breakfast and fresh orange juice. Not to be missed. suite for 5 is a bit tight, 3 teens in the king size bed and canape in bed no more than 3 nights. Clean, quiet and well equipped hotel. terrace is great. parking service is very good and convenient in New York. Subway not far away and serves the city well.

Too bad breakfast not very clear in price and no wifi which works after the 1st night.

The impossibility to open the windows and thus to ventilate, the surface of the room, the mattresses of the bed which lacked firmness.

What I liked best was the attention of all the staff. The area is very nice. Walking in Central Park, the proximity to the Museums. The area is very nice.

I was a little bothered by the noise of the heating at dawn. Maybe it needed to be regulated better. The subway stations are 6 blocks away, a bit far to come back at night and in winter.

The setting is nice, the roof terrace had been a determining factor in my choice... Staff okay. Cleanliness okay.

The price/quality ratio remains high all the same... Pillows not very good (but this is just a personal opinion because I have some indelicatesses with my cervicals)

The staff is rather cold (nothing like the American-style reception we are used to). The temperature selection system for the shower water is a nightmare. No effort in decoration. It looks old-fashioned.

Brilliant location - close to the Central Park and subway and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Our room had a balcony - if it was warm it would be a great attraction. Coffee and boiling water available on the first floor. receptionists were super helpful.

It's quite an old hotel. room was a little bit chilly because of the archaic heating system. There was an employee dedicated to suitcases and guests were supposedly forbidden to carry their own luggage (for me it's a minus - tip). There was no place for children to play.

The staff is very helpful and willing to help us with everything! The room is remodeled and comfortable.

I didn't have breakfast, and I didn't have any around within 5 blocks of Starbucks, or fast food service.
